Is Actitech Ltd linked to a fitness app?

Does anyone know who Actitech are and why they took unauthorised money from my Paypal? Is it possibly a yoga/fitness app I purchased for half the amount (to trial it)and now they are just taking money automatically?!

If its showing as pending then try and cancel with the company you purchased from.

If its showing as completed then you can open a dispute for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described if you need to.

1. Go to paypal.com and log in.

2. On the "Recent Activity" list, Click the name of the company or seller (in this case, "Actitech Limited").  

3. In the resulting page, make sure page is set to "Show active" near top left (select the radio button next to it).

4. Click the blue link "Manage Actitech Limited payments" (or the company name or seller).

5. Click the deactivate link at the right side of the page (just below the company name or seller at the right edge of the page).  

That's it.  Exit.

If you are getting charges for Actitech limited you probably (unknowingly, like me) signed up for CoachFit app. To cancel, go to your PayPal app and select the recent transaction by Actitech. Scroll to the bottom and click on “Repot a Problem”. New page will open and there you can Manage Automatic Payments and cancel your subscription. Hope it helps!
