Is Actitech Ltd linked to a fitness app?

Does anyone know who Actitech are and why they took unauthorised money from my Paypal? Is it possibly a yoga/fitness app I purchased for half the amount (to trial it)and now they are just taking money automatically?!

I thought I had a fraudulent payment too but it was from a fitness app I had signed up for… I’m sure they do other products too. Maybe search your email for actitech to check for the payment

Super advice. Now sorted the problem. If you have a Fitcoach app this is where Actitech charge from.

If you enrolled in a trial subscription to FitTracker, send an email to support[at]fittracker.io stating your wish to cancel your subscription. FastEasy trial instead? Send the email to [Removed]. I did the latter and received an reply saying my subscription had been cancelled (fingers crossed). Don't expect to get your initial charges back (per their subscription conditions), but this will hopefully prevent any future charges.

I did join Fasteasy but as a one off £15 trial for the month. It did not say anything about subscription as I selected one off trial.

Can I dispute this?
