Ironmaster Adjustable Exercise bench I never received.

I have not received the product that I ordered. I can not recreate the claim stating that I never received the product. I had an original claim and then customer service at the merchant told me I would get the product so then I closed my claim. Well, I never received it. I want a refund. The product is an Ironmaster Adjustable Exercise Bench. I believe they shipped it but UPS may have lost it. I don't know for sure though.

You are only allowed x1 dispute per transaction and should never close it until you have the item or a refund.

You can't open a second dispute or re-open a closed dispute unfortunately.
