I just created new account to get help. I can't login to my old account which has been hacked.

I created paypal account for my business many years ago and the account has been hacked recently to my business credit card and account.

There are 5 unauthorized transaction.

I can't login to my old account to report. I think the hacker blocked or changed all the login information.

Can someone help to login to my old account? I tried to contact paypal but no luck.

We are sorry to hear that you are unable to login to your account and you are not able to contact customer support. Kindly reach out to our customer support team during business hours by clicking the Contact option at the bottom of PayPal page and o reach us via phone and kindly select "Call us as Guest". By selecting this option you will not require to login to your PayPal account and able to contact our customer support.
