I can't verify my account

Hello,

My Paypal account is temporarily blocked and I need to do id verification.

I’ve uploaded my ID documents for PayPal verification, but the selfie system isn't recognizing my face.

Can anyone help me how I can resolve this?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the community! 

I'm sorry to hear that you are facing issue with facial biometric confirmation. You'll need to download or update the latest version of the PayPal app to proceed with the process. To get your selfie verified, make sure your face is in the centre of the frame and the camera isn't too far from the frame.   

Also, make natural head movements like nodding or slightly moving the face. There are some information in help center article that may be helpful.
