I can't use my PayPal account anymore !

Dear Paypal community . I'm happy to write you some words to your high society to help me using my Personal PayPal account again , the problème is I tried to add a bank visa card of cih bank here in Morocco ,so I requested a new card, but it is not activated and it was declined at the moment, and I linked it to PayPal . Today I find that I can't use my PayPal account anymore. Looking forward to your kind and wonderful understanding. Yours

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
