I believe i was scammed

Hello all !

I made a purchase around 800 Euros a month ago in yahoo Japan auctions. Used a 3rd party like buyee. 

It was a very unique item. Now its up for sale again,  when supposely its on the way to me.

What should i do ?

I believe i was scammed. Can paypal help me with this, please?

Sorry, im freaking out right now because its quite a bit of money.
