How do I report unauthorized access and transactions by a hacker in my PayPal account?

My PayPal account was hacked. Using Paypal the hacker transferred $xxxx from my TD bank account and then 'added and setup auto transfer' to his bank account. I have created four key screenshots of this into a pdf file. How do I submit this problem to paypal? The 'report a problem' link in the resolution center rejects it, and with the Paypal assistant for the qty-6 transaction say they don't qualify. I think those svcs are looking for buyer-seller disputes. I would like to contact some one in paypal that is concerned about account securty and preventing > resolving unauthorized access and transactions. Any suggestions are welcome. Thank you all.

PayPal has an extensive system of security protocols and controls in place to ensure a protected system for it's users. If you feel that an unauthorized party is trying to access you account or is in possession of your personal data, call us immediately and report it to our team.
