Hovatherm charge

Has anyone been fraudulently charged for a game charged by Hovatherm? I stupidly downloaded a game that offered $20 of you logged in to play once, instead it charged me $10amd I never even played. As soon as I saw that it charged me, I deleted it and contacted pay pal. I've disputed it twice and neither time has it been decided in my favor. I'm contacting this scam to the better business bureau but wonder if anyone else had this problem for a solitaire game
