Funds on hold

@MEMBERS My account was limited 2 and 1/2 years ago and as per Paypal terms and conditions I should have the option to transfer my funds after 180 days but now its more than 2 years, I have been calling and contacting Paypal but they are not responding to my text, email and chats. They are rude when I requested for my funds to be released they keep on telling me that they have no option and further explanation why I cant still have access to my funds. So can i get an attorney and sue paypal because now i dont understand why they still hold my funds? From March 2021 to now i still cant transfer my funds , i thinks this is misappropriation of third-party assets, breach of contract, unjust enrichment, and violations of federal law, and should report this to court now. i think that will help and i will get the information and be paid for the losses incurred because this is not fair now

If you have been told your Paypal account has been permanently limited then Paypal tends to hold any funds for 180 days. This is the same time frame that buyers have to open Paypal disputes.

If no disputes are opened in 180 days then normally you are allowed to withdraw the funds. That is as long as you are over 18, account is in your legal name and the account is registered in the country where you reside.

Paypal also may request further documentation from you before you can withdraw those funds.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.

I have stated 'why' you may not have been emailed, if its not that then all you can do is contact customer services, I have already said that, nothing else we can do on here.
