Fraudulent letter from Moorcroft Debt Recovery

Has anyone been contacted by Moorcroft Debt Recovery Limited in the UK,.

Why this organisation is not reprimanded by PayPal.

Any one had such a letter??

I understand that you are worried about the notification that you have received. It is possible that we contacted you by email, text message, or through an automated call. To verify if the message you received is really from PayPal, log in to your PayPal account securely by typing www.paypal.com into your browser's address bar and go to your Resolution Center. Your Resolution Center will contain information on any account issues we may have contacted you about.
 

If you receive a suspicious email, text message, or call, do not provide your personal or financial information, and do not click on any links, please forward them to phishing@paypal.com. If you provided personal or financial information, please change your PayPal password and security questions at your earliest convenience by following the steps listed here.  You may want to first run a virus scan, just to make sure that you didn't pick something up from clicking any links. Did this get sorted? I am having the same issue and going around the houses to try and resolve this.

I have never owned any payment to PayPal I use my card and all payments are executed without delays, I did and do not have any notification of late or no payment.

I raised the issue to ensure the community knows about these people who threaten and try to unjustly bully people for fraudulent claims.

I'm having the same issue but haven't contacted them yet. £120 for me. I've checked my account and no issue (rarely used). Will also check PayPal credit...Anyone spoken to Moorcroft?

I think PayPap should take the initiative to reprimand this "Moorcroft Debt Recovery"  who uses PayPlay name and claim fraudulently to represent PayPal?? 

One would have to just ensure his/her account is not negative and ignore such time wasters.
