No, I did not receive any help from Paypal. I just kept emailing this company with threat after threat until finally letting them know that regardless of what country they were located in, I would still find a way to have them investigated. There are some who will not agree with the way I handled this, but it worked for me, and I am very satisfied with my outcome.
Wish you good luck in getting your refund and maybe if enough people get together something can be done about this company instead some of us just accept what has happened and want to tell you what to do about it in the future. If that is where you are at, that is all good. If not, then do whatever you feel is necessary for you to get your hard-earned money back from these companies.
