Im new user on paypal and someone send me on their business account to my personal paypal account amount, but I did get email from "paypal costumer services" that before it money goes my balance, I need to charge network fees $500. Otherwise this money wouldn't come my paypal balance. Money sender don't have to pay no fees, but I need to pay? I've heard that paypal take automatic fees off. So I even chat paypal management via whatsapp and they also told me that only solution here to get money is pay first charge and then money comes my account. It not make sense anymore me. I can't no help to no one. What is right and please can someone explain me, how these fees take off? And also paypal website says that only correct email address is ending their name, but if I get automatic emails from their management but  ending which I understand is business support, then I want to know what is right and how you can tell that this paypal is so security online payment system? Because i have this feeling, that all system is full fake. Need to pay fees to get money and then tells me that its scam, then I talk to paypal support and they tell me yes I need to pay fees! Please someone explain me this! Thanks a lot!

I'm from Estonia and my sender send me from US.

SCAM.

You never pay any upfront fee as a seller.

Ignore scammers that send fake Paypal emails telling you that you need to pay an upfront fee to verify/upgrade to a business account/or any other reason to accept a payment.

You would certainly never have to send funds especially via another payment processor/bitcoins/ or tokens/vouchers of any sort.

Any fee is auto deducted by Paypal at the same instant the remainder of the payment is credited to your Paypal account balance.

No funds in your balance = you have not yet been paid, even pending/held payments will still show in your Paypal account activity.

But what should I do now?

They said it's somekind of when someone sending crypto or what ever and the needs to pay fees.

I already paid many fees there and still they say its pending, cus they got less than they expected to get.

Where I need to turn now? Because paypal needs to protect new ones and older ones here, but seems all emails they sent is scam already!

Here it wont let put this email, how is speaking to me but I can send you private, maybe you can help me about these?

Its a scam, whoever you are speaking to or getting emails from it is NOT PAYPAL.

It is scammers pretending to be PAYPAL.

Paypal do not use whatsapp.
