Basically I bought an item on ebay and then not long after my account got suspended.
I opened a Paypal Case to get the money back
Seller refuses to ship, tried contacting him many times through different ebay accounts he wont reply.
He also relisted the item I bought and he is not replying.
I tried contacting ebay about the banned account they are telling me some **bleep** that my account poses a risk to the community and refuse to unban it.
They told me they will ban all my other accounts but that's fake cause my other accounts are still in good order I told them about it but they don't care and give me the same replies over and over again.
I am worried that Paypal and ebay are now in partnership.
And suspended ebay accounts are not eligible to seller protection.
Paypal contacted "ebay" to get more information about the case.
If ebay gives their info to paypal,they are just going to say suspended accounts have no right done.
I paid with paypal balance so no chargeback possible here.
So is there a chance for me to win the case?
