Did PayPal call or is it a scam?

It was showing as an 0800 number and i didn't answer. But they left a voice mail saying it was PayPal & to call them back on this number. Do I need to call? Or is it a scam? They didn't give any details about what it was about.

Not sure how we are supposed to know the answer to that one!!!

Give them a call BUT use the number on Paypals website and not the one from that phone call.
