Created an account to buy something from another and I got blocked, how can I contact support?

I created an account to buy something while I am abroad, I used my card but it was from another country than the account was in and I immediately got blocked, is there a way to fix the issue? I confirmed the card with the code that gets charged via the bank, I confirmed my email, I confirmed my number, I gave mi ID, is there an issue? What did I do wrong?
