Closing account

My account has been locked because of security reasons. I want to close it but it doesn’t let me. I get an error. I read on here that i need to unlink my card but it doesn’t let me do that either! Help

Sadly you can normally not remove or close a limited account unfortunately.

Your best bet is to reach out to customer services and see if you can sort the limitation out?
