The client purchases an item and later on, inform me that forget to update his address on PayPal and request I send the item to an address different than the one in the shipping address (payment received). Is that ok?

No, in the event of an item not received dispute you have to prove with a tracking number that the items were delivered to the paypal registered address of the buyer at the time of payment.
If they wanted it sent to another address they could have added a 'gift' address and selected that at checkout.
You can offer to refund but you would still pay your seller fee as that is not returned as part of any refund made OR send to the correct address.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
