I was charged from this one site called clickdeals24* I can't dispute it and cant find the site where the charge were it was made I hope someone who has had this issue can help me so I can possibly get a refund and stop this before it gets worse? Thank you

I wasn't concerned whether you had a paypal account or not. Its just confusing when you post on a paypal community without saying the transaction had nothing to do with paypal.  Most helpers would try and find an answer based on the fact you sent the funds via paypal.

It would have saved my time if you had clearly stated at the onset that it was NOT a Paypal transaction.

 

Anyway a 10 second google search brought up this so see if it helps at all.....

Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it?
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

The reason I posted here was to maybe get some clarity of the issue and I also saw this exact same issue posted here in 2018 and one of the repliers gave a phone number I was hoping to recieve that.. Also to add this clickdeals24* was not a PayPal purchase it jus randomly showed on my statements with no phone number or email to follow.. But I do appreciate you replying and trying to help me

If its not showing in paypal and you did not have a paypal email then how is paypal involved?

I will happily answer that for u! I already spent about an hour scanning through the internet for this clickdeals24* but the only reasonable information that shows is a community post in PayPal of a conversation dealing with clickdeals24* in 2018.. The person stated there issue the same as me and the recipient offered a number, I couldn't see the number because I wasn't a member of the community so I figured let me ask the community to maybe get a solution as well that's why I put my issue here on PayPal I really hope this suffices if you have any other questions please feel free to ask

Also to add, I've had a PayPal account for over 5 years but I did not know they also had this community to ask questions about payments or services or collective help like this until a few days ago so to also answer your Statement I have a PayPal account and I have an email tied to my PayPal account and I also have the app..

I appreciate you trying to help me and fortunately that we address you gave me was I fact the helpful tool I needed even though the clickdeals24 website wasn't exactly labeled the same but after calling the number it was the solution I needed thank you
