Can't withdraw money with limitations

On the November 30 I received an email that I can no longer use paypal. I have much money on my balance that I could not withdraw. In the email it is said that I can withdraw funds after 180 days. I called to Paypal support and spoke to the assistant. Assistant said that he will remove the withdraw limit from my account in two days. Today is the 2nd of December and I still can't withdraw money. I believe that a large company like PayPal should keep its promises, not lie to customers. If you agent said to me that I will be able to withdraw money on december 2nd – you should make it as your agent said

If you have been told your Paypal account has been permanently limited then Paypal tends to hold any funds for 180 days. This is the same time frame that buyers have to open Paypal disputes.

If no disputes are opened in 180 days then normally you are allowed to withdraw the funds. That is as long as you are over 18, account is in your legal name and the account is registered in the country where you reside.

Sometimes they confiscate funds under this policy.

Paypal also may request further documentation from you before you can withdraw those funds.

Today I have lost access to my bank account, that was linked to limited paypal. How can I withdraw money from it?
