Hi everyone, I recently faced an issue with unauthorized charges and was assured by PayPal that a refund was processed. Unfortunately, the refund was issued to a prepaid card (KOHO) that I had to cancel. I contacted KOHO, hoping they could redirect the refund, but they informed me it wasn't possible due to the card being closed. I'm reaching out to the community to ask if anyone has experienced something similar and managed to have their refund redirected to their PayPal account instead. Any advice on how to approach PayPal for this request would be greatly appreciated. It's been a frustrating process, and I'm hoping for a resolution that doesn't involve a lost refund. I did talk to PayPal and they said to call the bank. I did call but they said it's just a prepaid card unlike how regular banks would just redirect it to the new card.
