I made the big mistake to make a transaction without logging into my account, and now I'm being scammed and can't even issue a refund as it is not even appearing in my activity list.
I have the transaction ID and the receipt in my email, under the same name and email as my main PayPal account.
Please help me find a solution, I can't even reach PayPal's support.
You ''may'' not have Paypal buyer protection cover as a guest buyer but you can contact customer services and they may be able to assist you by reaching out to the seller for you OR opening a dispute if you are covered by buyer protection. I've been able to get a refund on the second donation as I did it after I log in through my balance, but the first one has been made with my debit card through the guest checkout with the same name and email as my PayPal account, I still have the email containing the transaction ID, I wish that the support can be available but it's just not the possible with the chatbot :'(
I can't even find their number to call them or even email them, the chatbot never gets you with a customer support agent, do you have any idea on how I can contact the support?
