I have tried to cancel a payment to Actitech. I trued vis paypal & thought l had done it correctly but paypal said my dispute was cancelled as l hadn’t escalated. How can l cancel my payment please

Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it?

Click on the profile / settings tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

However its unlikely you will be able to get any funds back already paid and completed as they were authorised and agreed by you when the subscription was set up.
