Unfortunately nothing we can do about that, permanent bans are rarely successfully appealed but if you want to try you would need to contact customer services.

But have tried everything it still the same and expecting money on it how can I do it like this I really need this PayPal account have tried everything they ask I still couldn't remove the limitation

Well you wouldn't be able to accept money on it anyway as the option to receive paypal payments is not available in Nigeria.

You are in a 'send' only country.

Hello, my account was permanently limited, and i think that was just a wrong decision. You need to take a careful consideration on this, as soon as possible. Thanks i would be expecting your response.

I called customer service and they were not able to tell me what "suspicious activity" has been going on with my account that triggered this account limitation. PayPal now wants me to upload my license, bank statements, and other personal info which I refuse to do. I requested to send the remaining balance in my account to the address on file but they refuse to do so even after I verified myself on the call as I was calling from the same phone # on their file, verified my name and DOB and email on file.

Per customer service, I need to wait 6 months later at which time PayPal will contact me via email to MAYBE allow me to withdraw money and then close my account, no guarantees.

The only thing I can think of is they were looking into my linked Mastercard activity which I started using (apart from PayPal). When I looked at the PayPal privacy, it says they can monitor all activity on my linked credit cards and other accounts in PayPal which I never explicitly gave them access to do so. PayPal appears to be tracking all of us secretly. My Mastercard didn't flag my activity as "suspicious" but PayPal who has no business looking into my Mastercard may have flagged that as the suspicious activity and trying to force my hand to provide them with my license, bank statements, etc. Hell no!

I got my account limited permanently because I was trying to change my name to my wife's, and it was flagged as someone trying to pose as me (fraud). I called customer service, explained what happened, and gave them my driver's license as an ID. They lifted the permanent limitation almost immediately.

why my account is no longer, while i received first payment trough this account , can you advice me how to solve it
