My friend accidently send me money via goods/services
The money got hold on
I refunded him
He sends it again via friend/family this time
Now I have the money but the problem is I can't do anything
I can't send, I can't withdraw
It says we're reviewing your account , I need to fill up information proof of fulfilment
But this is not a business account, I just created it to use as a personal account
I can't fill up information that does not exist
The money is in my account but I can't do anything on it because my account is limited
