Account funds withheld for 180 days

I delivered digital services to my client, and in return they sent me a signed invoice with a letter of acknowledgement stating that I have successfully completed and delivered the project as per the terms agreed. However, PayPal refused to acknowledge the proofs provided and now has restricted my account by withholding the funds for 180 days. Screenshot attached below.

I am in constant contact with my client, and we have all the necessary proofs at our disposal in case they are needed to be furnished.

You can rarely appeal a permanent ban but if you want to try an appeal then contact customer services.

They 'may' pass it to the back office but the chances of the appeal being successful are slim. Paypal state that the decision is not made lightly and once made is usually final.
