5 preauthorized transactions from Blizzard Entertainment Ireland Limited , Unable to file Dispute

How are these even possible? I have never purchased ANYTHING from Blizzard. Also these are purchased in EUR and I live in US. It also says that I cannot file a dispute for these transactions?? What is going on here?

Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it?
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
