i ve got meanless error message immadiately "You can't use PayPal anymore..." But i didn't even get any reason for this. I just want to understand what is w,happend. I want to ask is it forbidden to send or receive money to my friends? If is no, what is problem dear Paypal 😥

As stated in the screenshot, this is normally due to some violation of services in our PayPal Acceptable Use Policy. Any information that can be shared is normally shared in the notification via email or in the Secure Message Center. My apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.
