Hi, What I booked for travel package on 18th Feb. through lastminutes.com .

When I booked first and then I realised the airport is too far so I wanted to change my flight schedule and clicked reschedule on 19th Feb. and request marks stays forever on the web page.
something not right for me with this company so I contacted to PayPal to request rerturn. then right next day the request mark(lastminuite.com) was released. so I checked the flight schedule but nothing has changed so I decided to cancel the item. because I found lastminute.com able to get refund within 2weeks(searched from google). and I did cancel 12days since I purchased.
as far I have seen it on confirmation letter in my mail box or on the web page(lastminute.com) there is none information of cancellation or return or refund.

When I request cancel this package there was not a one word any information If I cancel this package what Happen to me.
One click! then finished!(no sign or any information of flight and accomodation return) and the travel agency will refund me only 46euro.

But I paid 1619.39! ?? Can you See something wrong?

I went to resolution centre for refund, then PayPal refused this case reason why the item was nothing wrong with it. but the item was something wrong on the webpage. not able to change flight schedule and I request, they didn't change at all.!!

I am contacted to consumer protect. See what is going to happens.

If PayPal won't do any action(only refuse) of this case I may not use this PayPal system again. I paid by PayPal because I trusted PayPal not lastminute.com.

at least I believed PayPal was consumer side but PayPal was not. very disappointed with PayPal and fraud company(travel agency: lastminute.com).

Lastminute.com is Fraud company. I see many people had an issue with this company. don't you see it??

Paypal covers you for non receipt of item or service OR item received but not as described.

Unfortunately they don't cover you for changing your mind, that would be between you and your vendor.
