payment on hold its been 185 days

hi its been 186 days when my paypal get blocked permanet limited so i got email when its limited i will get my money in 180 days ,so why its still in my availble balnce not in my account there is no manual transfer option ,when i will recive money in my account,

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
