If its a temporary limitation then you would need to resolve any issues in the resolution centre before you can have the limitation lifted.

If its a permanent limitation then sadly paypal no longer want you as a customer.

My account limitation has kept long about a year now ,I have try to provide many documents and it couldn't open as I have a found and I want to trade with it now if you can help
