i got my account limited because on the 4th of April, 32$ was sent to an unknown account, which I didn't actually send, I haven't used Paypal in over a year and there was activity on the 4th of April. the dispute has been closed and my account is limited, i cannot remove my card or close my account. any help? whats wrong with the site.
