Click on the transaction in your paypal account and using the resolve a problem link bottom of that details page open a dispute for item received but not as described (if that is what it was).
If you do not get a refund or any seller reponse then you can escalate the dispute to a claim (within 20 days) for paypal to make a decision.
However be aware if they do find in your favour you may have to return the items first (trackable to prove delivery) before getting a refund.
Advice is voluntary.
