ebay seller asking for my paypal account to issue refund ? IS IT SAFE TO GIVE?

I have returned an item for refund on ebay but i got this email?????? is it safe you give account details?

They only need your paypal email address OR your mobile number (if using the app), to send you funds.

As they are not using the refund option then make sure they send the funds using the friends/family option so the funds do not incur a fee or get put on hold.
