Hello..I am Lakshani .I open a new acoount yesterday..I completed it.Today paypal sent me an email that close my account and create a new one.Then i logged to my account and i tried to do as they said according that email.But it says that i can't close my account..after that i contact resolution center..there coming massage that i can't no longer to use paypal account.why is that..I want resolve this problem to do my payments on hurry.please check this why i cant close my account..Thank you
