can i use paypal with turkey ip

Hello everybody. I am a citizen of Belarus and I opened a paypal account from Turkey, but I gave all my information legally, my real identity information, my phone number and address information are all legam! There is no problem so far, but as I researched on the internet, I saw that PayPal is prohibited in Turkey, but I am not a Turkish citizen, I just live here and all the information I have given is 100% legal information. Do I have any ban for using turkey ip address in the future? Belarus country is in the list of allowed countries of paypal and I am a citizen of Belarus.

Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and where paypal is supported and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
