aliexpress or paypal

one seller at aliexpress told me that he would make me half the price if i pay with paypal goods and services ouside of the aliexpress platform.will i have buyer protection like this or not?

I do understand your concern with this. Yes, in most cases if you send a Goods and Service you will be covered under our Buyer Protection Policy. Please never send a Friends and Family payment when purchasing an item/service. 

Please note some purchases such as vehicles in the Motors category, industrial machinery used in manufacturing and Real Estate aren't eligible for PayPal Buyer Protection. For further details, please click here.
