Paypla messaged me that

Your account has been permanently closed due to violations of our User Agreement. At this time we do not offer service to residents of Bangladesh.

But one of my friends sent me $50, but I could not accept the money. Is the amount returned back to his account or what is the status of that amount?
Or is there any way (bank/wire transfer) to receive the amount?

Another question, I heard that paypal is going to start service in Bangladesh from next year. Can I use this account then?

As you can't receive paypal payments then hopefully your friends payment is showing as unclaimed on their account and should time out 30 days post payment, if its any different then post back.

As your account is permanently limited then no you would never be able to use it again as you have been permanently banned from using paypal.

Also you must have opened another countries Paypal account so you would never be able to use another countries paypal account in your country even when you are allowed to open one in your country.

Lastly you may find that when paypal do offer their services in Bangladesh which I believe is soon then they may ban you again if you try and open one as you already have a permanently limited account by breaking their rules and opening and trying to use another countries account.

To get around this make sure that when paypal is offered in your country that you contact customer services and ask if you can open one and hope that they agree.
