Withdrawal From Limited Account

It's been 180 days already, I got an email saying my funds are eligible for withdrawal but when I try to link a bank, something about my account being limited keeps showing up. Who can help?

I am sorry to know about the limitation on your account and handling  with limitations can be quite concerning. I understand that you've received a notification about the withdrawal. In this situation, I would recommend you contact the PayPal Customer Support team through the available contact options on our website so that our representatives can guide you with the steps that have to be taken to resolve this issue.  Support is also available through Facebook private messages or Twitter direct messages.
