Why am i only being refunded my shippin costs and not full payment for goods i did not recieve

Did you open a dispute for non receipt of item?

Did the seller send the refund of postage costs?

Did the dispute time out or did you escalate to a claim?

How did you pay which paypal option did you use?

You need to provide some information on what has happened, we can't just guess.
