Hi @Bee01 and @Igabriel323

Welcome to both of you to the PayPal community.

When a limitation is placed on your account and you are requested to provide additional information you will see this request on the Resolution centre on your account. I would recommend to have a look there and complete any requested steps. Once you have completed the requested steps your account will be reviewed and an email sent to your registered email address once the review has been completed.

I hope this helps,

Paula

Hi @Bee01

I am sorry to hear that. This would mean a permanent limitation has been placed on your account. Once the 180 days have passed you will receive an email to let you know you can withdraw your funds. Please keep in mind that even after the 180 days have passed and you can withdraw your funds you will still be unable to use your PayPal account.

Thanks for the update,

Paula
