What should I do if the funds on my account have been held for more than a year?

Hello Paypal team! My PayPal account was disabled a year ago.
The funds were frozen in the account.
I received a letter that the money will be withheld in the account 180 days after the account was blocked.
Please tell me when can I get my money?
