I arranged payment of raffle tickets for a local charity on my PayPal account last September and I didn't realise I could do this so PayPal froze the account. I had to pay the amount to the charity as it wasn't their fault and I was notified that in January I would be able to access my money but I still cannot get the money out of the account! Please help, how do I access my money?
You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
