Your PayPal funds are now eligible for withdrawal.

Good afternoon. This is the letter I received. My account was limited to 180 days. Now how can I withdraw funds, but I can't. Can't add a bank card or bank account. I get this error "There's problem with your account. Please go to the resolution center so we can help you resolve this quickly."

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
