Someone hacked and closed my paypal account

Hi! Someone charged today my credit card that I'm using at paypal 375 two times. Then somehow he deleted my paypal account. I can't login anymore. My email is not existing anymore. I made another account to post. What can i do.. Please help

I would speak to your card issuer and request a chargeback?
