Silly verification requests

I have been restricted from accessing the funds in my account. I have provided an explanation as to what the nature of my transactions were, but cannot provide photo I’d such as a passport or driving license as I do not have these. I am in my 90s and am too old for either. I also cannot provide receipts as no transactions were being made. How do I resolve this nonsense please?

Would a citizen card be an option or do you have any other photo id like a bus pass?

Also if no transactions were made then put all that in a word doc and upload it explaining that?

Other than that contact customer services and see if they can resolve things for you?

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
