Shenzang and PayPal are in kahoots with scamming

Shenzang is a scam, I never ordered anything but got charged. Disputed with PayPal they did nothing. Maybe they own this scam company

Which dispute did you open / did you escalate to a claim / what happened and yes we know its a scam as you bought from another of these scam china websites or a social media ad?
