Am selling an item and buyer trying to send funds but says my account is limited and cant send. Then says funds are sent and needs to expand the account to get them to me. I cant find anywhere my account is limited, havent used it in quite a while. Can someone clarify please. Thanks
Thanks for the reply. Yeah, had figured that out - when asking for evidence of the so-called email from paypal, they delete themselves. lol. Am used to using my business paypal but not my personal one, so did some homework (late last night. lol) and worked it out. Had me going for a while. 🙂 Or money laundering...
