This company posted an ad on Facebook which is where I saw the riding boots and pants I ordered on May 11th. When they never showed up I tried to email them at the address provided, however I kept getting bounce back emails saying it was a fraud account. So I contacted PayPal who started an investigation, which went NO WHERE. Today, June 24, the 3 items I ordered finally showed up in a small plastic bag. Certainly riding boots couldn't be in there???? Yep. Plastic crap. Apparently this company stole pictures from reputable equestrian stores and posted those pics as their merchandise. The pants I received are less sturdy then sarin wrap and 3 sizes too big. The boots are 2 sizes too small. No way to return. I called PayPal furious at being bait and switched, only to have the automated service tell me they "will not escalate my claim." Not only will I never use PayPal again after seeing ALL THESE POSTS WITH THE SAME PROBLEM, I will never order anything from Facebook. 1st and last time for that. It's absolutely disgusting that PayPal knew this company was a problem for a long time and continued to do business with them and let their clients be scammed. Shame on you PayPal!
Agree, I complain to Paypal about my case again the shopping technology co, they Said they Will try to solve the problem with the seller until 20th of June -but until now, nothing is going on from Pay Pal side, I don't know what to say, I'm speechless - I thought PayPal will protect us as a customer, I guess I was wrong
@sharonj007 I also received FINALLY 2 pairs of sneakers I ordered back in April & I like them.. but I wouldn't press your luck on that happening again. to be honest.. I've read NOTHING but bad things about that site. But it's your call. I've seen more BAD than good reviews on them...
I bought two sweaters from here and never received a confirmation number/email nor did I hear any more about my order for over a month. I couldn't get a hold of anybody so I was convinced it was a scam. I put in a dispute yesterday and ironically I got the sweaters in the mail today. They are nice quality. Just thought I'd let everyone know I did receive my order it just took about 5 weeks and no communication from the company.
I ordered 4 items on 5/25/20 and got a confirmed order on 5/29 but nothing since then. I should kick myself because I swore I would never order from overseas again.
I ordered a 'game changer' bra from Shopping Technology Co., Limited, it has been delivered but the sizing is off. Does anyone have a customer service email or any kind of contact info for them so I can return it?? TIA
