Scam possibility : Shopping Technology Co., Limited

Anyone has already  bought from website Shopping Technology Co., Limited ? It's Biudress clothes brand..

I made the transition via PayPal.

I didn't get any kind of confirmation either. So, I sent an email to the email address that was on the PayPal invoice. They did respond and said they had no order with my name and address. So I escalated the issue with PayPal and asked to be refunded. If they don't have an order, they have no right to take my money. Lesson learned -- I can't click on those things in Facebook and expect to get my merchandise... 😞

Only after filing a claim with PP did I get notice that “your items are shipping. The shipping tracking system seemed weird and like it’s own scam - maybe phishing - didn’t use it. I had already communicated to the company to cancel the order, but never acknowledged that. Goods FINALLY did arrive. Total crap. Casual pants look homemade. Don’t fit. A shirt that looks nothing like the ad. I’m a large man and used to ordering large sizes that are too small. Generally 2X or 3X. Anticipating this issue I ordered a 5X !! shirt. It should be a tent on me but it is too small - in the chest, across the back, in the biceps and forearms! It’s like they hired 7th grade sewing class to make clothes and gave no guidance how to scale sizes. The casual thin summer linen “jacket” is really a shirt. AND TOO SMALL BY 3 SIZES. Very flimsy cheap clothing. I should know better, now I do. Hoping PP will get my money back. There’s no way this company is going to willingly refund my purchase. I’ve filed a stop payment with my credit card, hopefully they will approve my grievance. What the hell is up with PayPal not informing us that there are 300 disputes filed against this company? Isn’t having a PP account about making online purchases safe? There should have been a flag when I initiated my order. Now I’m reluctant to use PP for anything but especially overseas purchases.

I will never use paypal again.  going to the watchdog and as soon as my case is resolved whether for or against me to the ombudsman.  Disgusting treatment and supporting scam companies.  Like you the sizes were nothing like not even the ones ordered and total junk not even a good knock off.

Everyone needs to expose Paypal, Facebook and the Chinese companies scamming us with their help.

I have the same problem, how can I have my money back. How can I alert autorities?

I have put a claim through paypal and since they are being so useless have also contacted BBC watchdog and the newspapers.  Gone to my bank/or card and asked them for support.  Got to wait till paypal refuse to refund me which I am sure they will do to go to the financial ombudsman about them, paypal and facebook.  All doing nothing to support us.  Will never buy off a facebook ad again.

I just got an email from PayPal for a full refund of $67 US in my favour against this junkie Facebook ad. Finally! My order was placed back on May 13th! Just getting my refund now.

thats really good news.  did you have to send it back to China to get the refund.  Maybe we can quote you for success.  Mine has been longer than that though.  well done

No I didn’t, It didn’t come with a return address. I am very relieved to see there is a refund on its way. I filed the claim on June 17th and got the email today that the file as been closed in my favour and the company called Shopping Technology Co., Limited will be refunding the full amount of $67 US.

So you got the item and did not return it to china?  But you did get a refund?  is that right?  thanks.  Just wanted to be clear as everyone should be treated the same.  thanks a lot for sharing.

That is correct. I still have the 2 pair of pants. The refund is being issued and could take a few days to show into my account.
